I have had the pleasure of knowing Mahmoud for more than 10 years and he has a great personality, mature, always approachable and friendly. I have also had the pleasure of working in the same Team with him and he is also a great professional to work with. He has brilliant experience in leadership and training, being always a good role model and a mentor for trainees. He always displayed knowledge and preparation, being able to maintaining flexibility and adaptation to sudden changes. He is supportive and respectful towards his peers and dynamic in the working environment. He is definitely a great asset for any Team.

Mahmoud is a great professional. I had the chance to be his trainee first, and colleague after. On both occasions he proved to be competent, reliable, caring, and fun too! (great asset in any environment, but even more important in training situations). His training skills are remarkable - he can easily switch from activator to facilitator to demonstrator according to the trainees’ needs. He has in-depth aviation knowledge, and he manages to gain the respect of his students while keeping a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the classroom. I would love to work with him again!

I met Mahmoud in 2016 while I was training as a flight attendant at Etihad Airways, and subsequently on board whilst he was working as a Cabin Senior. As a cabin crew trainer, Mahmoud is knowledgeable and approachable. Mahmoud's training and communication skills are unparalleled, and I feel immensely lucky to have been under his tutelage. I learnt so much from him and have since never witnessed such dedication to a role. As a cabin senior, Mahmoud is self-motivated, hard-working and an excellent team leader. Mahmoud has been a very much valued part-time SEP trainer with us since 2015, training, alongside his flying role. I have always found Mahmoud to be a dedicated, hardworking professional, committed to delivering training to a high standard at all times. He has been qualified to deliver SEP, AVSEC, AVH, and CRM to both cabin crew and pilots. He has also assisted numerous times in the development of training course content, all to a high standard. When Mahmoud decided to leave Etihad, he was definitely a loss to the training department. Our loss is his next company’s gain.

I have had the privilege of working with Mahmoud previously and I rarely come across real talents who stand out like him. Not only his pioneer learning & development is this main powerful muscle, Mahmoud's ability to handle a high volume of workloads simultaneously with providing the same extremely magnificent level of support. I have been working and training along with Mahmoud Gouda at Etihad Airways. His qualities and professional way of training was inspiring to me, so much that it made me pursue a job as an instructor aswell. Mahmoud is an excellent colleague. I had pleasure working with him closely in training Cabin Crew Initial and Cabin Crew recurrent courses . I had the pleasure to work with Mahmoud in the same team for 2 years. Mahmoud created a pleasant and calm atmosphere in class. He is approachable and has a captivating flow of speech during lectures. He has a good depth of knowledge in aviation training. He was going above and beyond of just teaching the minimum acceptable to the trainees, but was also explaining details that cannot be found in manuals, thus enhancing their knowledge and taking their understanding to a different level. As a co-trainer, Mahmoud is very easy to communicate and work alongside with. Divides lectures' time equally. Respects boundaries and does not overstep on other trainers' lectures and always asks for feedback for self-development.
