I spent the last 12 years developing my managerial skills and facilitation techniques. I have a natural ability to assess the operation's needs as well as being able to create definitive action plans based on the objectives of the organization I am working for.

I am great at leading teams and finding solutions to that; that is not yet a problem. I have been a focal point in the successful creation, design, audit, and implementation of training, policies, and procedures programs. I can expertly identify all operation needs, and then deliver appropriate instructions to keep employees abreast of needed information and updates.

I am always striving for improved results by raising the bar high, identifying the steps to accomplish the desired result, and putting a plan in place to do so by finding ways through observation to measure performance based on the quality of the outcomes.
